Friedrich Paravicini grew up in 70s Paris and got strongly impregnated by his birth city´s romantic gloom. Soon he developed a growing fascination for rusty cars of extravagant design, cheap novels and movies whose plots included taciturn men and precision rifles. At the same time he studied the cello and took classical piano lessons.

Today Paravicini makes a living by taking on any odd musical job he can get hold of. In the mean time he uses his Hamburg based studio to produce the music of his choice, and he is an avid collector of vintage keyboards and records.
